All they're doing is translating it (which just requires the text in the game to be swapped out) and decensoring it (which also just requires some skins to be swapped). This isn't really a port since they're not changing any fundamental part of the game. There's no general database that I know of, but you can find several forums and discord communities that actually keep track of a lot of mods.Also the engine of this game is most likely not going to change.
